1. What types of products do you offer?
At Sweet Paws Pet Shop, we specialize in custom, hand-drawn pet portraits that are featured on personalized items such as canvases, jewelry, and other keepsakes. Our artists bring your pet's unique personality to life through detailed artwork.

2. How do I order a custom pet portrait?
To order, simply choose the item you want to put your pet's artwork on, upload a high-quality photo of your pet, and complete your purchase through our website. Choose from various products and sizes to display your pet’s portrait. We offer different so many different items to match your style, making it a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

3. How long does it take to complete my custom order?
The turnaround time for artwork is typically 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity and our current workload. Once artwork is completed, we will send an email with a link to view/make revisions. Be sure to add info@applepiepainting.com to your contacts so you do not miss the email. Once your artwork is approved, we will ship your item the following week. Shipping times vary based on location.

4. Can I return or exchange custom products?
Since each custom portrait is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@sweetpawspetshop.com and we will do our best to make it right.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we begin working on your custom portrait, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

6. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on special promotions, discounts, and new products. We also offer loyalty rewards for our repeat customers.

7. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for future updates.
